TO GET YOUR CUSTOM DRESS STARTED:

Please read the following terms in their entirety. Afterwards fill out the form with all required information in order for your inquiry to be reviewed. Any information not answered on the form could delay our response.

Along with this form, please email us a clear, full-length photo of yourself and 1-3 inspirational pictures for your garment. Please note I do not make exact replicas of other designers’ work.

After reviewing your application and inspiration pictures, I will respond within 24-48 hours (depending on current number of orders). Please do not submit multiple inquiries.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

At Isy Fashion, LLC we pride ourselves on our high quality garments and unique designs. All pieces are designed by our Designer, Ireshia Brown. We do not replicate any design from other brands or designers. Prior to inquiring with us please be sure to check out our price list. The price list covers the services we offer & the base price for those services. Please understand that the base price is only a STARTING price which means it will go up depending on the design, materials, event date, etc. If you have inspiration photos they can be added into your client portal in a later step.

Once your inquiry is received we will reply with an email titled "Inquiry Response" with an estimate of what the garment will cost and the instructions to book your consultation. At the consultation appointment the designer will have the opportunity to learn more about you and what you're looking for. From there we will discuss all aspects of the design including materials, measurements, the design process, etc. The non-refundable consultation fee is mandatory to guarantee your booking.

If your budget is set below the average price for the garment you are inquiring about (e.g. your wedding dress budget is $1800, but the dress you inquired about costs $2400) you could still have a beautiful gown designed by us. At that point you would just need to book a consultation in order to have a gown or garment designed unique to you based of your budget and inspiration. (Isy Fashion DOES NOT do ANY wedding gowns under $1200! NO EXCEPTIONS‼️ All gowns must be booked with at least 4- 6 months MINIMUM notice, but the best production is within 8-12 months due to prom season. No wedding. gown can be booked with less than 3 month notice. IF exception is made due to special circumstances there will be a Hefty rush and short notice fee added on top of the cost of the gown.

All items are inspected thoroughly before shipping. ALL sales are final; ALL items are made to order so we DO NOT issue refunds on any items. We do NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. For custom orders we provide assistance by guiding clients to take the proper measurements. If you have a problem with an item due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will assist you.

PAYMENTS

Bridal consultation fees are $100 for 1 hour. (See additional details when booking)

Your consultation payment is not included in the dress total. The consultation is the first step in the design/creation process. Your deposit is 50%-60% of the dress total.

The deposit payment is made to purchase materials needed to create your garment. Once your deposit is payed, your deadline is secure and your materials are ordered soon after. If your deposit was 50%, the next payment can be scheduled bi-weekly or monthly, you can also follow the AfterPay option if needed. At this point we will cut fabrics and officially start the creation process. The final 50% payment is due when the piece is at least 75% complete. However, depending on the price of the garment the payment plan may differ. These payments are scheduled and must be made on time or a late fee will incur. No exceptions.

  • If your service is priced at $500 or less it must be paid in full at the start of your service.

  • If your service is between $500-$1500 it can be split into a maximum of 3 payments of $500 minimum.

  • If your service is $1500-$2000 it can be split into a maximum of 4 payments of $500 minimum.

  • If your service is $2000 or more it can be split into a maximum of 5 payments of $500 minimum

Shipping

All items are made to order (unless otherwise noted). Please allow up to 4 weeks for cocktail pieces from the date of purchase for your garment to be made and prepared for shipping.

If you need an item sooner, please contact us to see if this is possible BEFORE placing your order; you cannot cancel an order once we have begun the process. If you cancel anytime during the process, you lose your deposit.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

GOWNS

The processing time for gowns may take anywhere from 2-5 months depending on the garment. If you need an item sooner, please contact us to see if this is possible BEFORE placing your order. Once your garment(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order. Should an item get lost in the mail due to an error by the Postal Service, It is not our responsibility to replace it. However we do include insurance on all items. In the rare event an item is misplaced/lost you will be refunded your total if the tracking info confirms the package lost.
